We love all of our clients at Hause Of Trends, and we want to make sure everyone feels welcomed, embraced and respected with their time. That’s why we’ve set a few basic policies to make sure everyone who walks through our doors has an amazing experience from the moment they walk in to the moment they leave, making them wanting to return time and again. Deposits: 

A non-refundable deposit is required upon booking your appointment to secure your  appointment. Deposits can be transferable to a new scheduled appointment once within the month. Deposit amount vary upon each stylist 

 

Cancelation:

We ask that you please notify your stylist  3 days before your appointment date if you are needing to cancel or reschedule in order for your deposit to be transferable .

 

Rescheduling: 

We get it! Life happens and we understand. If you need to reschedule please give us a heads up following the cancelation policy. Get in touch with your stylist to get you pre-booked

 

No- Show's:

No show appointments will lose they're ability to transfer any deposits that were made  and will be charged in full amount for the scheduled appointment.
